Group Fitness Classes
You'll notice that we don't offer month-to-month memberships or drop-ins (except as a trial period - see below). The reason is very simple: We invest a great deal of time and energy coaching, educating and supporting our clients. As professional coaches and trainers, we are unwilling to make such great investments in clients who are not equally willing to invest in themselves.
Traveler/Trial Drop-Ins: We do allow travelers who are experienced to train with us while in town; we also allow local individuals a maximum of 3 drop-ins as a trial period to decide whether or not our program is right for you. Please call or email us to arrange training.
Experienced trainees are welcome to test in to classes directly. Previous experience with similar training does not guarantee eligibility; you will be evaluated by a trainer, who will determine your preparedness or need for participation in an On-Ramp class or private sessions to correct deficiencies.

Our small group fitness training utilizes a spectrum of effective methods drawn from many fitness and athletic disciplines and focuses on function, health and fun.
