Why Choose Personal Training?

There are a number of possible reasons for choosing personal training over other options such as small group classes. Personal training is the best choice when:
  • Your goals are very specific, such as preparing for a particular competitive event
  • You're significantly overweight
  • You have no previous exercise experience and have been largely sedentary
  • You have considerable orthopedic problems or injuries
  • You prefer or require the privacy, personal attention and additional accountability of one-on-one training


Personal Training for Crosstraining/Fitness Classes

One of the two options for becoming eligible for our crosstraining classes is a series of 12 personal training sessions. In these sessions, your trainer will take you through our carefully planned curriculum to prepare you for the skill and intensity demands of the classes.

To begin working with a personal training, please contact us by phone or email, or stop by the gym, to schedule with a trainer. Personal training can be scheduled for single sessions, or a series of sessions can be scheduled and paid for at a discounted price per session.
