We offer private training, group and team training, and training as a part of our weightlifting team.
Private Training
Private training for Olympic weightlifting works just as any other personal training does. You can schedule single sessions or schedule and pay for a series at a discount per session. Your coach will train you according to your specific needs and goals.
Classes
We offer weightlifting classes that are open to both members and non-members and available on a drop-in basis. These classes are technique oriented, but will also involve some tough training. Find the class schedule on the training schedule page.
Group & Team Training
We offer Olympic weightlifting coaching for groups and teams as well as individuals. Training will be tailored for the needs and goals of the group. This is a great option for school or club athletic teams who don't otherwise have access to the necessary equipment and coaching expertise. We also offer private seminars for teams and their coaches.
Catalyst Athletics Weightlifting Team
Our weightlifting team training is for both our competitive and recreational weightlifters. Training is scheduled for 5 days/week, and programming is done for the team as a whole, with the exception of needed modifications for individual athletes.
Individuals with little or no prior experience with the Olympic lifts may be required to attend private training sessions if teaching and technical work beyond what can be accomplished during team training is deemed necessary.
We offer sponsorships and scholarships up to 100% of training costs for promising lifters. Please contact us for more information.
