Saturday lifting |
There will be a change in schedule for classes starting Monday, February 1st
7am - Monday, Wednesday, Friday 10am- Saturday 6pm- Monday - Friday 7pm- Monday - Friday
Don't forget we have open gym for Olympic Weightlifting every Saturday at 11am- there is no charge for this.
*REMINDER* there is an on-ramp starting Monday, February 8 at 7am. This class will be Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday for 4 weeks.
