Saturday lifting
There will be a change in schedule for classes starting Monday, February 1st

7am - Monday, Wednesday, Friday
10am- Saturday
6pm- Monday - Friday
7pm- Monday - Friday

Don't forget we have open gym for Olympic Weightlifting every Saturday at 11am- there is no charge for this.

*REMINDER* there is an on-ramp starting Monday, February 8 at 7am. This class will be Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday for 4 weeks.

Weightlifting and OPEN GYM will be at 4pm instead of 11am, this Saturday only.

10am class will still be on as normal.

Congrats to everyone who made new records on their deadlifts the other night. Rex made 455, Ray 415, Tom 443, Hagop 340 and Nikki 195.
